Here's some information on registering with the pay-in-full option:
Cancellations up to two weeks before the event are refunded at 50%, after that date, they are only refunded if we are able to fill your spot. It's fine to transfer your spot to someone else if you can't make it.
This option allows you to secure a spot in the bunk house, or in a private room or semi-private room, but doesn't guarantee a specific room placement. We're happy to take requests, but will balance those requests with the needs of the retreat community as a whole.
